Re: sex

Any adult involved with any sexual act with a minor can be charged for the incident. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to this in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please have your co-worker contact me to discuss his case. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: sex

Assuming that the sex was consentual the only conduct which could lead to a criminal charge would be the sex with an underage girl. Responsibility for this occurrence depends on one's involvement in same. I would think that the guy could be charged criminally. I do not know if other's

contributed to this occurrence to an extent that one or all of them could be responsible for the underage sexual relations. I need to know more.

I also need to know if criminal charges have been filed.

Call me if you like.
