Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I am a victim in an aggravated assault case. The defendant has submitted screenshots of text messages in which I allegedly threatened him. Texts from both before and after the incident are included. Are these screenshots admissible? And if so can they be used in a seperate criminal case against me for harassment or terroristic threats?
