anonymous caller
I had pulled over in a parking lot realizing I was too drunk to drive..according to the police report I was reported by an anonymous caller....can this help in getting my case dismissed?

What you did could consitute abandoning unlawful conduct which could be a defense.

No. I've had this issue and it will lose. I suggest you get an attorney to let him or her worry about these issues.

Each case is unique, and I would need more facts from you before I could give you a definite answer. I will tell you though that if you were parked in the lot, your engine was off, and you did not make any admissions to the officer about how you had been drinking and driving, there is a chance to beat the case. The fact that an anonymous tipster reported you is probably not relevant unless they can bring that person to testify at trial.
