State vs chun

I am on a stay what exactly are they arguing about. I was .11 if the case is won would this mean i will not lose my licence

You have asked something of a complex question while I will answer simply. Winning means that the Court finds that the 7110 reading has a significant margin of error which would reduce your reading.

So far as your case is concerned your chances at trial depend on all of the facts and circumstances of your arrest and being charged with an

offense.
