Re: anonymous caller

What you did could consitute abandoning unlawful conduct which could be a defense.

No. I've had this issue and it will lose. I suggest you get an attorney to let him or her worry about these issues.

Re: anonymous caller

Each case is unique, and I would need more facts from you before I could give you a definite answer. I will tell you though that if you were parked in the lot, your engine was off, and you did not make any admissions to the officer about how you had been drinking and driving, there is a chance to beat the case. I won a case at trial not too long ago on a set of facts similar to yours, so it is potentially possible to win your kind of case. The fact that an anonymous tipster reported you is probably not relevant unless they can bring that person to testify at trial. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
