Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
If I get caught for a DWI in NJ and cancel that DL and get one in PA, can the judge suspend my license in PA?

You are cruising for a bruising. If you fail to attend to the dwi in New Jersey you will be suspended in New Jersey and be unable to apply for a driving license anywhere.
You really need to discuss this with your lawyer, not post it on the internet for all to see your intentions..... If you haven't spoken to a lawyer yet, what are you waiting for....most offer free consults on issues like this...I know I do!

A *NJ* judge can only suspend a *NJ* license. That said, if you are found guilty in NJ, the information will eventually reach PennDot (PA's DMV) and you would be suspended by PA for the NJ DWI. There are details and complications involved and you really need to discuss this with an attorney.Call if you wish to discuss it further 877\688\3879
