Re: Dui/suspened license
Driving while suspended when the suspension is for DWI carries a 10 to 90 day jail sentence and 1 to 2 year license loss. Regarding the jail, there are a few ways to attempt to avoid jail: (1) win the case at trial, (2) plea-bargain to a lesser offense (unlike the DWI charge, a Prosecutor may plea-bargain a driving while suspended charge), and/or (3) seek a jail alternative that may be available in either the county where the offense occurred or, if possible, in the county where you live.

There is a potential jail sentence. However, this is a fact sensitive situation. Please consult with me via the contact information on the site. You may email the facts to me and start from there. I have managed to prevent jail time in such situtations but added suspension of license is also in the cards. There may be some defences worth exploring given the stakes.

If you win the case, no but you knew that already huh? Time to get a good attorney.
Re: Dui/suspened license
For driving while suspended for dwi a jail sentence of no less than ten days and no more than 90 days is required upon conviction.
