A government agency vehicle involed in Hit and run Case

My car was Parked in My parking lot.A Government Vehicle Hit it.My Husband and i are the Sole witnesses.I saw the vehicle ,But couldn't catch the number.I shouted for him to Stop and he didn't.WE filed a complain,but in vain.The Government agency is not agreeing to its fault.What do I do?

I will need a good deal more information to advise you. It does seem that you need to make a claim in the proper format against the government agency or against the proper governmental entity. You may end up filing a lawsuit for the damage.
