Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

My lawyer does not want to represent me-can He keep all the money I gave him even if we never went to court? I missed the court date.

You have the right to apply for fee arbitration by call the local county bar association. It seems strange that he would refuse to represent you when you had paid him for same.
