Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have had an agreement that was worked out through an attorneys with the father of my child many years ago for child support, the support is being paid through probation in New Jersey Middlesex county. The Agreement was worked out through the father, myself and his exwife for the total of 4 children, my 1 and his ex-wifes 3. The agreement was that all children would get equal amount of the whole amount of child support ordered at that time. My Daughters child was 4 years old then, she is now 10 years old and the agreement while Ok then is really not good now. My situation has change now too and I am divorced from my husband ( not the child of my daughter) and I have custody of my 2 sons with my ex-husband and my daughter through this man. I work only part time. Can I ask the courts to revisit this and have child support be recalculated? despite agreeing to this 6 years ago. The father has had no communication with his daughter despite my trying to get him involved with her. Only recently has he started to make plans with her for 2 or 3 times and now once again has disappears and stopped his communication with her. My question is can I re-open this agreement and ask the courts to adjust my child support for her? Thanks
