Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Alright, my ex came down with the babies on Thanksgiving. He stayed the night and the next day he said he was going to go home and pack. He called here and there but hasn't been back. He did however, go to my parents house this morning around 1:00am throwing a temper tantrum at my father and leaving with in ten minutes. He isn't answering his phone and I still have babies, what is my next step?
