Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Change of Venue / or removing the case to federal court. The court has consistently refused to enforce the federal income guidelines, self support reserve and the fact that I am medically unable to work due to a permanent medical diagnosis of COPD, Ostoporosis, etc. My only source fo income is social services pending SSI Hearing. My son is 21 years old and although he is in his last year of college, he is living on his own with his fiance (Whom he supports) and has blogged that he is a director/cinamaphotogropher and has traveled the country to make music videos. The judge keeps denying me and I feel the juge is very preduice against me because they make very inappropriate statements even on the record (like you may have snowed the doctors but you are not going to snow me.) What can we do to find justice.
