A child is receiving disability payments from father's social security. Does this count as child support or is this independent money.

The child's social security based on the father's disability is to be deducted from the parties joint child supporet obligation based on their joint income and then the balance is then allocted between the parents based on the percentage parent's income is a percentage of their joint income.
