Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child support

I live in NJ my ex-husband now lives in Georgia. I would like to file for child support, but I don't have his address there. His sister also lives in GA and I have her address. He has never paid child support . We've been divorced for 4yrs and our daughter is 13yrs old. I don't need him to pay any retro child support I just can't afford to support her by myself anymore. I have his social security number.

Re: Child support

I can find your former husband using a website which is for law enforcement and lawyers. I can just type in his last known address and all of his addresses since will come up.

You need to file a motion here to enforce the support order
