Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Correct divorce forms

Which form(s) do I buy for a simple divorce...no issues at all. No children, no property issues, total co-operation, etc. Just a legal divorce.

I have no idea. Maybe you can go to the Court and ask. Maybe try the Court website.

You must remember that you are doing it yourself and should not expect an attorney who provides legal services as a livelihood to tell you how to do it yourself and tell you without charge. If you do not need an attorney, you do not need my advice.

Re: Correct divorce forms

I don't suggest you buy other forms. If your case is so simple, an attorney shouldn't cost much at all and you will know you are doing it right. If you are up north, call Mr. Davies or Mr. Moore to help you.
