Crazy Ex-wife Harassing Me

I'm 37 year old male, divorced since Feb.05,have 2 kids which I have sole custody of. In the last court date I had my ex was to have ''no contact'' with the children, except for supervised visitation.She abuses the system and has gotten away with so many things.She has filed 3 flase restraining orders in the past and they've all been dropped.Just the other day it was my oldest daughters birthday and she felt as if she could call the house to talk to her.She called the house 4 times and my cell pnone once.We actually didn't get the messages till we got home from my mothers at 9:00pm that night.That's were I had the party.Since my daughter wanted to talk to her mother I agreed and I called my ex,taping the conversation, to remind her that there was a court order stating ''no contact''.She didn't want to hear it.I did use some foul language with her, but that was it.I then let her talk to my daughter.The next day I got another restraining order saying that I harassed HER! and I ''engaged in course of alarming conduct by not allowing her to speak to her daughter,threatening to never let her see them again besides cursing and using very foul language. Since when is cursing against the law? now i'm fighting another fake restraining order.
