Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
My daughter is going through a nasty divorce. Husband refuses to furnish an address if he is to take the child for the day. Therefore, my daughter refuses to give him time with the child away from her home. Lawyers have been battling this since March. Our lawyer keeps requesting the information and his lawyer keeps avoiding the issue. He now says that he will try to get custody taken away from my daughter because of this. Can he do that?

He can "try" to do anything. I just don't see why her lawyer can't just file a motion for the address. I get very concerned when someone who has an attorneys asks a question on this site. Why isn't he attorney handling this?
