Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in nj and i am closing on a home in 5 days. The title and mortgage are in my name. The sticky part is that my one year marriage is falling apart. 5 days after the birth of my newborn daughter my wife takes off and leaves with her and allows me to see her for 20 minutes a day in a car. The proceeds used towards the purchase of the home are only in my name and were mine before the marriage. She came into the marriage with nothing pretty much to her name but 15k debit which I paid off and she now has paid me back. My question is, when I close on the house does that make it hers too in case of a divorce even though she is not on the title or mortgage and did not contrbute to the proceeds to buy the house? The other question is, what can i legally do to see my daughter more and not in my car.

If you file a divorce complaint before the closing, perhaps briefly reschedling the closing, but

there is also the question of the source of the funds for buying the house. Is the source a marital asset?

Call me if you like.
