Dear Sir/Madam,
Child Support: I have been unemployed since December 09 and have not been able to find work. My monthly child support is based upon my income, which is now zero. Can I amend the amount I owe, or do I owe the same monthly amount no matter what my financial situation?

Depends on how the case is presented and what evidence you have. In general, unemployment is not a changed circumstance but if you play your cards right, it could be.
