Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Do you think the fact that my daughter goes to school in my town will help me get joint custody? She lived with me in the beginning of the school year but since then has moved with mom in the next town over.. She is a special education student and i feel that she should stay in this school district.

You cannot take out one fact and ask if that will make the difference. You should have an attorney for this. If you have one, ask him or her. If you don't have one, I suggest you get one ASAP. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.

I agree with Jeff

It could help possibly, but the courts look at EVERYTHING and consider the overall best interests of the child....
