Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello. My fiance is divorced. He pays the child support through probation. It's set up so it comes out of his back account automatically. He just received a letter saying his drivers license is being suspended and that they're gonna take twice the amount for the child support bc he's in arrears. But the money was taken out of the account every single time. He spoke to his ex-wife and she confirmed that she'd been receiving the money. Could you please suggest the next step. Should he file a motion? And where?(we live in NJ) How this could be fixed? Thank you
