Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have already filed several motions for enforcement of my divorce, and still have no money, I am looking to be compensated for my damages, I am looking to go to civil court instead of family court, can I file for a breach of contract, financial damages, mental anguish and fraud(since I found out for sure that he lied about selling assets in the divorce) I am looking to see if the case will be thrown out do not want to file for damages in family court
