Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Financial responsibility?
My husband walked out on me. He also admitted to adultery.
We currently rent an apartment which I am staying in.
What financial responsibilty does he have towards paying our rent and bills? Can he just cut me off while we are stil legally married? Or is he obligated to pay any of our bills and rent?
