Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am trying to find out how many credits my son has completed towards his Associates degree. I have asked his mother to provide his transcript several times and have not received it as yet. The requests have been over a 2 month period and I keep getting excuses.

I contacted the probation officer and she is not able to help. What legal document do I have to file so I can recieve his transcript. My main concern is he will be 22 in Feb 2010 and he will not have completed his Associates degree, and I will have to continue to pay for tuition and child support until he completes his education.

What you are describing is pretty bad. I think you should contact a divorce attorney near you and get some advice. You are probably going to have to push pretty hard, and then go to court to force her to hand over the information about your son.
