me being a grandmother , my daughter and her boyfriend just moved out one week ago stating that i will nver see my 3 year old grandson ever again. they all have lived with me since he was one day old. do i have any rights

There is a law in New Jersey which states that a grandparent is entitled to visit with his/her grandchild. Go to the Family Part of the courthouse where the parents live and file for an order granting you visitation. You might give them some to calm down before you file, perhaps several weeks.
