Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Is it hard in the state of New Jersey to relocate with child to another state when there is joint custody? The other party does get the child every other weekend and one evening a week but financially taking care of the child the other doesn't. If the other party takes the child to school the child gets there late and if the other party is off from work the child does not attend school. Would there be a chance granting a move to another state if a better paying job was offered to care for the child? There is family support in the new state along with a better advantage for the child.
