home escrow
My ex husband and I co-own a house which we have just sold. I live in the house with our children and pay the mortgage. I know any principal I've paid gets credited to me in the sale... but does the escrow have to be split? Our agreement says nothing about it.

you should ask your divorce lawyer and you should get a simple and fast answer.
if your lawyer does not answer you, then I could look at your divorce agreement and tell you. that would cost you more money, probably, but you would have an answer.
