You should consult an attorney who can help you file for divorce. If you do not have money to pay an attorney, the attorney can make a motion before the Court for your husband to pay your legal fees.

You can file for a divorce. You can ask for him to be ordered to pay you alimony.

You really need a divorce attorney.

Call me if you live in northern Jersey.
