Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My inlaws stalk my 7 year old daughter. The recently waited for her at the bus stop knowing when my husband and I are not home. She gets picked up by a neighbor. My daughter says they told her to get in the car. She was frightened and ran away from them. What can I do to protect me daughter
