Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I live in Florida and my mom lives in new jersey. My son went to stay with her so he can go back to school. Can I fill a temporary guardianship form in Florida have it notarized in Florida and send it to them so they can can have legal guardianship over him?

this is pretty simple to do, I can explain.
I can do the paperwork and ship it to you; you would not need to come to New Jersey.
