Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in new jersey. What can i do if my girlfriend has been knowingly hiding my sons paternity whos 3 because his real father is her step brother? Its her moms husband of 20 years son. Her mother has been helping her hide it and the brother also knows. Ive questioned her multiple times over the past 3 years but i always get a guilt trip. Her step dad is who told me and he will go to court with me.
