Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in NJ and am going through a divorce. My question is:

-If my spouse's parents helped support us throughout our marriage (both are now deceased), can that support be considered income? If they did not help out, that would have forced my spouse to get another job. They enabled my spouse to stay in current lower-paying job.
