Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Got married 15 years ago to HS girlfriend. She was pregnant at the time. Never had doubt to believe the child was not mine. Two years later she divorced me. Over the years people told me the child dont look like me and doubted me. I pay court order child support. Finally did a DNA test on my own and the results came back that the child is not mine. No one knows about the results. What can be done next, if anything? He was born in NJ, but lives in DE and I am currently in the military in VA. Marriage and Divorce was done in NJ.

What a horrible situation. She lied to you and cheated on you right from the start. You are going to have to fight her, if you want to cut off that child support payment. You need the expert assistance of a divorce attorney. Why don't you give me a call at 201 820 3460 (no charge for the call) and I will speak with you about this. I am sure that I can assist you.
