You can go to the county courthouse and visit the Family Part where you can file a complaint
for spousal support. If you want to be divorce, you can file for divorce and seek immediate
spousal support under the divorce action.
You are exactly the kind of person that I most enjoy helping. You need to divorce this man, and you are entitled to a division of all of the assets (probably half of almost everything and maybe all of some items), and it sounds like you are probably entitled to alimony, which is payment from him to you ( maybe for many years, maybe for the rest of your life).
Do not leave the house until you talk to a divorce attorney and get some advice.
You are not too close by, but I would like to be your lawyer. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
