There is no amount of time that I can give you for how long the divorce process will take, it all depends on the court and how quickly both parties are to end it. I have seen people going through divroce date other people while going through the process. The divorce process involves alot of paperwork and agreements and I recommend you have an attorney to help you with the process. Call me if you would like to discuss 732-247-3340.

If the parties agree on all financial issues, once a divorce complaint is filed, it should be resolved within 2-4 months, depending on the conty and the judge.

You don't say if yu are separated, but dating will not affect any of the financial issues, nor would it likely be cause for the divorce.
