You will need some really good reasons for the Judge to order your spouse to submit to a psychiatric evaluation. No one likes being examined by a shrink who is going to decide if they are mentally ill or not. It sounds like you need some advice from a divorce attorney. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
