Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am receiving child support for my 19 yr old daughter and providing a home for her. She has chosen to stop speaking w me and live w friends. I continue to apply support payments to providing a home for her even tho she has chosen to move out because I blv it's my legal responsibility to do so and I want to provide for her. Do I need to save up the money to return to her or her father? I blv my legal obligation is to provide a home for her until she or my ex files emancipation motions. I don't want to emancipate her. I want to provide for her. But my question is do I need to return child support payments while she's not home or can I continue to apply them to providing a home for her,? That's my legal obligation right?
