Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

im receiving temp alimony( for the past 6 years) for my divorce. In our agreement it sates, If I cohabitate, It can be modified as per the NJ case Konzelman....I receive 3700 a month- I am planning on purchasing a home with my boyfriend, and not sure if my ex will want to go through a lawyer to attempt a reduction, because he wont want to pay any legal fees- but may insist on cutting it in half. What is a standard reduction, I know each case is different - but what should I plan for? I have 2 small children, and will still be paying for their expenses and half of all the new home costs and mortgage with my partner.

It could go down to zero. Nothing in the law is black and white. I don't think any lawyer can tell you what exactly will happen here. Its not just how this works.

I agree with the other lawyer. You really need to sit down with a divorce lawyer and get some help with this. There is a lot of money at risk.
