Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have residential custody of the girls and for visitations they left it open. I told my husband that he can come any time to visit our children but they will not go to PA where he lives with his mistress/ girlfriend. Now he's put in filed for visitations and his timings for the girls are absurd. His girlfriend had a dyfys case with her own 4 year old son. She is not trust worthy with her own child let alone with mine. Would they still grant him to take them? I want to try on get him on supervised cause I don't trust him after abandoning us.
