Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I need to respond to a Motion. I disagree with the issues raised by my adversary, and I would like to point out facts that were previously overlooked or misrepresented.

Is my response considered at Cross Motion, a Counter Motion, or something else?

Do I, at this time, forward the supporting documents? For example, I object to my pre-marital asset, a bank account, being considered subject to equitable distribution. I have my year end bank statements and tax returns as proof I owned this account for the ten years prior to my marriage.

Do I make note of this in my response, then bring the document to the hearing, or must I include a copy of every document at the time I file my response?
