Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My sister in law wants to pick up from her marital home in New Jersey and take the 13 year old minor child with her. Is this legal without a custody agreement?

If there is no custody order, there is no order to break. It sounds like you need a custody order ASAP. Why don't you have one already?
