Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
My son's wife told him she filed for a divorce. She asked him where did he want the papers sent- his job or home. This was almost 2 weeks ago.
Does he have the legal right to ask her to have the name of the attorney she used and call & ask where are these papers?
