spousal payments

seperate for 4 yrs ordered to pay spousal/other agreed bills...became disabled, lost job, receive disablility now...am I still obligated to make those payments

The only possible answer is maybe. These types of questions are difficult to answer without a full factual history and review of the Court Order/Judgment/Agreement. You need to see a lawyer in person.
