Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

i have a trail day coming up w/my ex-husband. he is trying to stop alimony due to i cohabitation w/my boyfriend. what kind of proof would he have to submit to stop payments. my boyfriend doesnt work and we have a child together. i paid all the bills at home. what kind of questions should i be asking my ex-husband at trail?
