Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex wife had signed my 6 year old up for football without my permission. I live about 70 min. from their house my son really doesn't want to go cause he wants to spend time with me on my weekend and now my wife is taking me to court to make me take him. can she do this. in the divorce sports/activities are to mutually agreed.also about me taking him to CCD on my weekends from which I personally am not to crazy about the Catholic Religion.I go to court April 1st.
