Can my wifes son live with us on a military base if his father has visitation rights?

Me and my fiance are planning to get marrried soon. She has a son. Once i am done with school, I want to move them in with me to my unit. Is it possible even if the childs father has visitation rights? Even when he doesnt follow the set agreement?
