Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have a court order from 10 years ago. It states that my x has to give me a copy of an insurance policy for my kids on his life or else he has to pay a fine of $200.00 per day for every day he does not give it to me. I have been addressing this request in court motion after court motion getting granted this request to get the policy. My x ignores this request and the court orders. Can I challege the 10 year ago court order and try to collect those fines as the court ordered. Is there a statute of limitations in NJ. It is not as though I did not neglect it I have been trying to get this insurance policy for 10 years. Is there anything I can legally do.

Since you waited so long to file a proper motion, you may not be able to get a ton of money here. I assume you are filing a motion without an attorney which is why you are probably not getting the results you are looking for. I practice in Union County, so feel free to give me a call at 732/773-2768
