Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

My antique car has been in shop for over 2 years. I was told originally it would take 6 months to complete. Can I take car unfinished due to body shop not being honest with me? They keep giving me false dates. I have paid 35,000.00 of a 40,000.00 bill. There is a written contract and a verbal which stated the car would be completed in 6 months. The owner of the body shop states that I have requested he do more that originally requested but that is not true.

The simple answer to your question is that you can take the car unfinished if that is what you want. However, you may be able to do better than that. Contact me if you would like to discuss your other options.
