I have my girlfriend , one guy saw us and now he wrote a letter to her, asking for date with my girl, and have fun with benefits,
What action can i take against him, I dont want that guy to date my gf or so can friends with benefits, can i sue him or press any charges etc.

It is a matter for you and your girlfriend to work out.

She is not property and cannot be controlled.
