Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Municipal court/probable cause hearing

Recently involved in a probable cause hearing that was sent to trial by the judge. We were told by a representative of the court that only a lawyer could get a transcript of the hearing. Unfortunately we need a copy due to the fact that we have to defend ourselves against lies told at the hearing. How else can we prepare a defense, considering it's a complete fabrication?

Anyone can order a transcript of a public municipal court hearing. Call the court and them a lawyer told you this and to report them to the Administrative Office Of The Courts in Trenton if they keep up this lie.

Call me if you like.

First, that sounds like garbage. More importantly, you should really speak to an attorney before going forward here. Can you afford one?
